Take a glimpse at Forces for Good 2023.
One by one, we C.A.R.E. for all! This year, the Massy Forces for Good initiative will once again commit to funding impactful projects implemented by charitable organizations. To continue to celebrate 100+ years of Massy, we invite our Massy community to continue to fulfill our legacy of love, care and responsibility. A project that you nominate in categories aligned with specific UN-developed sustainable development goals could win a grant.
C.A.R.E. is the way in which Massy lives out ESG in our culture, as a legacy of our values of responsibility, love & care.

This goal ensures that everyone — whether children, teenagers, or adults — can all have access to quality learning in order to improve their lives.

This goal is about ensuring that all people are employed in a way that helps them to better themselves and the world around them for future generations.
A project that helps migrants to learn skills in order to become successful entrepreneurs. Another example of a successful, Massy-funded project is NUDGE, which provides training and retail access to small, mindful businesses.
This goal aims to build infrastructure (for example, buildings, road, power), in a way that contributes to development without harming people, the land, or future generations. It also aims to ensure that a country can innovate — that a country can come up with new ideas or technology to benefit its people and environment.
A project that promotes solar panel installation to power workplaces, or that employs innovative ways to deal with waste management.
